After much soul searching, the staff at Jon & Mary in the Morning have officially decided to throw our support behind Conan (the "Ginger Genius") O'Brien. While we respect Jay Leno's ability to craft a mediocre 44-minute monologue each and every night, there's just something about Conan that seems more authentic. Best of luck, CoCo. We'll be watching Dave if you need us.

Monday 1/4 Live Blog

Welcome back, work. Welcome back, school. Welcome back, reality.

[EDITOR'S NOTE: Following the completion of this blog, a computer malfunction wiped out everything except the lovely picture of Gabe Kaplan you see here. The version you are reading is a second, angrier draft. Thanks for your patience and God Bless.]

Guests today included Angel & Maranda from Snap Fitness, Spike with our Johnsonville Packer Postgame Report, and author Tami Hoag talking about her newest book, Deeper Than The Dead.

Again, we ask your humble forgiveness for the skeletal quality of today's blog. Being our first entry of 2010, we had hoped to make it extra bloggy. Unfortunately, today's computer meltdown was quickly followed by an epic computer operator meltdown, and that led to a Christian Bale-esque tirade and the early conclusion of any blogging activity. We'll try to do better tomorrow.
