Bob Hope hosts the 50th Academy Awards this Sunday night on NBC (check your local listings). Thursday 2/24 Live Blog

So long, Discovery. Our fondest memory will always be the time we went on a double date. Me and my girlfriend, you and that industrial-sized trash compactor. It was a drive-in movie, I recall. A midnight showing of Star Wars followed by milkshakes at Denny's. You cheered when the Death Star first appeared on screen and cried when it got blown to smithereens. Good times, old friend.

Big news late yesterday as we finally got a glimpse at Lenore, the elusive subject of yearning in Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven. Funny how the raven itself also made it into the picture, but didn't you always picture Lenore to be taller? Something just seems a little off...

We've all had a Good Old Dog, haven't we? Animal behaviorist Nicholas Dodman joined us to talk about his new guide to keeping our aging dogs happy, healthy, and comfortable.
