Happy 43rd Natalie!! Maybe in honor of the big day, we can re-enact that one episode of Facts of Life where Jo jumped out of the cake and socked Blair in the face with a fistful of frosting. That was hot.

Dr. Feelgood made a housecall to get us set for the inevitable incidents & accidents involved with the upcoming Memorial Day weekend.

America's top college lifestyle expert Harlan Cohen talked technology as it relates to today's students and new grads. Harlan's book, The Naked Roommate: And 107 Other Issues You Might Run Into In College is considered a "must read" on campuses nationwide.

Featured in the new book Medal of Honor, retired U.S. Army colonel Jack Jacobs gave us a look at the portraits and stories included in the book. The book features a foreward from former President Bush (the first) and makes a great gift for the veteran in your life.

Whad'ya Know? It was The Sage of Wisconsin, Michael Feldman talking about his new book based on his Public Radio program, Michael Feldman's Whad'ya Know? Find the book in stores and online at Michael's ultra-cool website.

Our final guest (phew!) was author and otherworldly communicator Lorna Byrne. Her number one bestselling book, Angels in My Hair, details her life among the winged warriors.

It's a hap-hap-happy Victoria Day all across Canada today. For those of us stuck in the U.S. it's the day we mourn a future without Survivor Erinn, our TV girlfriend. So long E, you will be missed.

Dr. Jeffrey Brantley gave us a few minutes to talk about his new book, Five Good Minutes In Your Body. The book is a study in how to take that mindful journey towards self-appreciation. After all, if you don't love you...then who will?

Co-author of The Last Lecture, Jeffrey Zaslow talked about eleven ordinary women with an extraordinary bond. The Girls From Ames tells the story of their 40-year friendship and is now available in stores.

Our final guest was Wisconsin native Chad Lewis, the man behind the Wisconsin Road Guide to Haunted Locations. Chad is giving a free presentation on his work at the New Holstein Public Library this Tuesday evening at 7.

Coffee-adventurer (?) Anthony Carroll gave us tips on staying cool while revving up our mornings this summer. According to Anthony, ICE + STARBUCKS = FUN! Who knew?

A band called Seed planted themselves in our studio this morning to chat about their live gigs this weekend. Find Seed online or in your local birdfeeder.

Victor Alfieri stars alongside Tom Hanks in Angels and Demons, opening this weekend. Victor stopped by to give us a look at the film and some of his upcoming projects.

As if the increase in stamp prices weren't enough, postman Cliff Clavin now has to deal with a psycho ex-girlfriend. In filing for a restraining order yesterday, he claimed she was often prone to violence brought on by listening to "too much country music." Seriously. So Cliffy, what color is the sky in your world?

Financial expert David Bach made another visit to talk about ways to save during the summer. David's latest book, Fight For Your Money, features his 10 Fundamental Rules to fatten your wallet.

Brian Carter joined us to talk seafood choices for our weekend grilling, and Jessica Palm gave us an inside look at the BIG Festival of Spring this Saturday at The Paine.

K107.1 Lifestyle Diva Jerusha Stewart made her triumphant return to the show following a few months on the beach. Love or money? Do we have to make a choice in these economic times? Besides, aren't they just the same thing anyway?

Our final guest is the author of My Little Red Book, a guide for single fathers dealing with their daughters first steps into womanhood. Rachel Kauder Nalebuff has been featured in Salon, The New York Times, and now finally hits the big time with Jon & Mary.

HEEEY YOOOUUU GUYYYYYS!! The fine folks at Empire Magazine are celebrating their 20th anniversary by making Steven Spielberg the editor-in-chief of their next issue. Steve had the brilliant idea to reunite the cast of The Goonies, including Josh Brolin and Sean Astin. See videos and pictures of the event here.

Jorge Cruise (no relation to Suri) got us in shape without leaving the house thanks to his new book, Body At Home. Using a series of excercise that can be done at home with just a few basic items, Jorge calls this "a simple plan to drop 10 pounds in two weeks."

Boy George was released from jail yesterday. He looks happy, but then wouldn't jail be like a trip to Disneyland for a guy like Boy? Either way, he's one of our favorites...so we salute him right back and welcome him to the outside world.
