R.I.P. to the great J.D. Salinger, author of A Catcher in the Rye. He passed at his home yesterday at the age of 91 and is best known for the aforementioned work about a young man who grows up eating only pastrami sandwiches before finally breaking into the major leagues with the Detroit Tigers.
