All the back-to-school hubbub on yesterday's show caused us to totally diss Miss September, who returned in all of her cool weather glory. Sorry about that. We'll try to do better when Miss October rolls around (although she isn't nearly as hot as her older sister).
A Labor Day Weekend Buzz took us on the road for the unofficial end of summer. Labor Fest at the Summerfest grounds is among the highlights, along with the Wisconsin Street Rod Show at the Fond du Lac Co. Fairgrounds, and the Winnebago Audubon Society's annual autumn migration event. Check out the Air-Tech Heating Community Calendar at k107.com for the details.
The Green Bay Packers wrap up the preseason tonight in Kansas City, and our Johnsonville Packer Preview gave us a look at the matchups. Catch every snap all season, including tonight with pregame action starting at 5, kickoff at 7 on K107.1.
As featured in next week's People magazine, career intuitive Sue Frederick joined us to talk about today's job market and her new book, I See Your Dream Job. Just by knowing your birthdate, Sue can use her psychic abilities to place you into the perfect career. If you missed it, she pegged Mary as the next great author and Jon as the next great encyclopedia salesman.
